6 Inch Long Arm Conversion Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch Lift Kit is engineered for 2003-2007 Dodge RAM 2500 and 3500 4WD gas models, providing a significant lift and improved off-road capability. The kit retains the factory triangulation of the control arms, further enhancing suspension stability. Up front, the kit features gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, all four control arms with mounting brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket for steering correction. It also includes bump stops and sway bar links. For the rear, the kit utilizes heavy-duty cast steel blocks or optional leaf springs, along with longer U-bolts. Buyers can choose between NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for both the front and rear, offering different performance characteristics. The NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage valving, while the FOX 2.0 shocks boast an aluminum body, internal floating piston monotube design, and application-specific valving. This kit is designed to accommodate up to 37-inch tires, with recommended wheel and tire fitment of 37x12.5 with 17x9 wheels and a 5-inch backspace. The rear lift option includes either cast iron blocks, which are tapered for proper pinion angle and feature an offset steel pin for axle positioning, or multi-leaf progressive design springs that reduce axle wrap and maintain factory payload ratings. Customers must measure their rear axle diameter to select the correct kit for either a 3-1/2 inch or 4 inch axle.
