The BDS Suspension BDS642FS is a 6-inch suspension lift kit engineered with a long arm conversion to maximize performance on and off-road for 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD gas trucks. This kit is designed to improve your truck's stance, performance, and overall capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, four tubular long control arms with mounting brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket for steering correction. It also includes bump stops, sway bar links, and your choice of precision-tuned NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The rear of the truck is lifted using heavy-duty cast iron blocks that are tapered for correct pinion angle and feature an offset steel pin and hole to restore axle position. Alternatively, a multi-leaf progressive rear spring option is available to eliminate the need for lift blocks and reduce axle wrap while maintaining factory payload weight ratings.
