6-Inch Long Arm Lift Kit w/ FOX 2.5 Coilovers

The BDS Suspension 629F is a comprehensive 6-inch long arm lift kit engineered to maximize the capability of your 2009-2013 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD diesel truck. This kit integrates proprietary FOX 2.5 Factory series coilovers, offering significantly improved damper performance, increased suspension travel, and the ability to absorb rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. The long arm design, featuring massive 1/4-inch steel frame-mounted brackets and formed upper and lower control arms, reduces caster change throughout wheel travel, resulting in a more controlled steering feel and enhanced off-road articulation. The front of the kit includes the FOX 2.5 coilovers, all four control arms with their mounting brackets, a forged drop pitman arm to correct steering angles, a front track bar relocation bracket, bump stops, and sway bar links. For the rear, the kit utilizes heavy-duty cast steel blocks, which are tapered for correct pinion angle and feature offset steel pins to restore axle position, along with longer u-bolts and a set of FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. The kit is designed to provide clearance for up to 37-inch tires and recommends 17x9 wheels with 5 inches of backspace. Installation involves a mounting system that bolts directly to the factory coil mounts with minor trimming and drilling required, and includes weld-in reinforcements at the axle for superior strength. Important notes for installation and fitment include: * Measure your rear axle tube before ordering, as some 4-inch axle models with dual overloads may require u-bolt 4068. * Should driveline vibration occur, appropriate transfer case drop kits (122602, 122605, or 122606) are available, with optional kits fitting automatic transmission models only. * Exhaust modification is required for the dual rear shock kit (122009) on 6.7L Diesel models. * The 102009 rear brake lines are not compatible with 2012-2013 models.
