6-Inch Rear Leaf Spring Kit

The BDS Suspension Glide-Ride rear leaf springs are engineered to enhance the rear suspension of your lifted 1999-2007 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty or 2000-2005 Excursion 4WD, providing a 6-inch lift. These springs utilize a progressive, multi-leaf design with a triple-stage system. The primary three leaves offer excellent everyday ride quality without additional load. As moderate loads are applied, secondary leaves engage, and a bottom overload leaf engages for maximum hauling capacity when the truck is fully loaded. This design balances ride quality with payload capacity. Key benefits include reduced axle wrap for a more controlled and stable feel, and improved flexibility throughout the suspension cycle. The springs incorporate anti-friction pads for a smooth and quiet operation and come with OE-style bushings for a direct fit. Note: These BDS leaf springs are not intended for use beyond the truck's maximum payload capacity. For heavy payload applications, supplemental rear air bags are recommended.
