6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2019-2025 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks, providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. This system utilizes a high-clearance design, featuring robust 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and a multi-piece differential relocation bracket system, paired with heavy-duty skid plates for improved off-road protection. Steering geometry is precisely corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends to ensure Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system compatibility. In the front, the kit incorporates top-mounted strut spacers. For the rear, BDS provides a heavy-duty lift block to level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity. New u-bolts and brake line brackets are included, along with a choice of precision-tuned NX2 Nitro or premium FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. Installation is rated as difficult and is estimated to take 8 hours, requiring tools such as a 36mm socket, cut-off wheel, ball joint separation tool, saw, and possibly a welder. Important notes include the requirement for frame bracket modification. Factory 17-18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference, though stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled. Testing of aftermarket wheels is recommended for clearance with steering knuckles, tie rods, and brake calipers. Actual ride height on coilover kits may be closer to 6.5 inches. The kit will NOT fit models with a single leaf spring (monoleaf) rear suspension. Additionally, 2.7L Turbo models must use the diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment, and models equipped with ARC are not compatible.
