It replaces factory coil springs with vehicle-specific springs, includes heavy-duty control arms, and utilizes a unique chromoly track bar to optimize front-end alignment and reduce bump steer.

The Pro Comp K2066B is a 6-inch suspension lift kit engineered to enhance ground clearance and accommodate tires up to 37 inches in diameter. The system features a 4130 adjustable chromoly track bar with Teflon-lined rod ends and a laser-cut relocation bracket to minimize bump steer and improve front-end geometry. The package includes heavy-duty upper and lower control arms, a forged 4140 heat-treated chromoly pitman arm, longer sway bar end links, and durable urethane bushings throughout. This kit is compatible with 2003, 2004, and 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4x4 trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins Diesel engine. It utilizes solid billet aluminum rear lift blocks and includes Pro Comp ES9000 shock absorbers. All components feature high-grade hardware with either hammertone grey powdercoat or zinc-plated finishes. Compatibility Caveats: This lift kit is designed exclusively for trucks with single rear wheels (SRW); it does not fit dual rear wheel (DRW) trucks. Furthermore, this kit is strictly for 5.9L Cummins Diesel models and is not compatible with trucks equipped with gasoline engines.
