6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit is engineered to significantly upgrade the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger, improving its stance, performance, and off-road capability. It's also compatible with an optional FOX coilover upgrade. The front of the kit features high-arched, 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers and a front skid plate for robust protection. Precision-engineered, massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry, ensuring proper function and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) compatibility, even at the new ride height. The differential is repositioned using BDS's multi-point relocation bracket system to minimize CV axle angles, and a billet aluminum front driveshaft spacer is included for reinstallation of the factory front driveshaft. In the rear, the lift is achieved with 3-5/8-inch fabricated steel blocks designed to level the truck's stance, secured by large black e-coated U-bolts. This kit includes rear brake line and e-brake brackets, and comes equipped with FOX 2.0 IFP performance series shocks for enhanced damping. All components are finished in a durable textured black powdercoat. Installation of this kit requires frame bracket and differential modification. The included notes also specify that stock 17-18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled, and care must be taken when balancing tires for these wheel sizes to avoid interference with the tie rod end. Additionally, the steering system can be sensitive to tire choice, with aggressive tires or those requiring significant wheel weights potentially causing steering wheel wobble.
