6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS351FS is a comprehensive 6-inch lift kit engineered to significantly upgrade the suspension geometry of 2005-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty diesel trucks. This system converts the factory radius arms to a BDS 4-link setup, utilizing high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets and HD upper and lower control arms. This conversion optimizes suspension geometry for enhanced handling, improved stability, and controlled caster changes throughout the suspension's travel. The heavy-duty 4-link control arms are a focal point, offering substantial improvements in handling, stability, and caster control. To maintain proper steering angles, the kit incorporates a track bar relocation bracket and a pitman arm. Fabricated steel blocks are included to achieve a level stance from front to rear. This kit comes standard with NX2 Nitro shocks featuring vehicle-specific valving for optimal control, with an available upgrade to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for maximum on- and off-road performance. Installation is designed to be a straightforward, 100% bolt-on process. However, a specific caveat applies to rear block installation: do not install the 4-inch rear block kit on vehicles equipped with a factory 3-7/8-inch rear block; in such cases, only use the rear spring option.
