6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension BDS725H lift kit is engineered to elevate your 2014-2018 GMC Sierra 1500, specifically models equipped with the factory Magneride system, by 6 inches. This comprehensive kit is designed to improve the truck's stance, performance, and capability, while providing ample clearance for tires up to 35 inches in diameter. Featuring BDS's signature high-clearance design, the front of the kit includes a top-mounted strut spacer, robust 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers with a high arch for maximum ground clearance and off-road protection, and multi-piece differential relocation brackets. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper function and compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. The kit also includes sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers, providing a complete front suspension upgrade. For the rear, the BDS725H kit includes Pro-Ride coil springs designed to balance on-road comfort with off-road performance. It also features an anti-sway bar, a track bar relocation system, and adjustable upper control arms to ensure correct pinion angle adjustment. The factory electronic dampers are retained through the use of supplied rear sensor relocation brackets and shock extensions. Installation of this kit is considered difficult and is estimated to take approximately 8 hours. It requires modification to the frame brackets and the differential to clear the electric power steering system. It is critical to verify your truck's factory control arm type (cast steel or aluminum/stamped steel), as this kit is specifically for models with cast steel control arms. Furthermore, factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference.
