The Rough Country 6-inch Suspension Lift Kit is engineered to elevate the capability of your 2001-2010 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD 4WD vehicle. This comprehensive kit is designed to accommodate up to 35-inch tires, significantly increasing your ground clearance for off-road adventures while striving to preserve the factory ride quality. Key components include one-piece cast CNC machined knuckles, heavy-duty front and rear laser-cut cross members, and differential and torsion bar drop brackets that maintain optimal component angles. The kit also features four premium N3 Nitrogen-charged shock absorbers, which are application-valved to provide balanced performance for both on- and off-road driving. Additionally, front CV spacers, sway-bar links, and an integrated skid plate are included to protect vital undercarriage components without sacrificing ground clearance. Installation of this lift kit requires minor modification to the front differential. If your vehicle is equipped with factory 17-inch wheels, any new wheels must also be 17-inch or larger. Using 35x12.50 tires may necessitate modifications to the front valance. For models with a gas engine, an exhaust reroute modification might be needed to ensure adequate front driveshaft clearance.
