6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit w/ NX2 Nitro Shocks

The BDS Suspension BDS323H is a comprehensive 6-inch suspension lift kit engineered to elevate the stance, performance, and capability of 1999-2004 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks. This kit is designed for an easy, 100% bolt-on installation, minimizing complexity and downtime. The front of the suspension system is enhanced with Glide-Ride leaf springs, designed with a multi-leaf progressive spring rate and an exclusive triple-stage design to provide a smooth ride regardless of load while maintaining flexibility. Steering geometry is optimized with a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket to ensure proper angles and recenter the front axle through suspension travel. Included front components also comprise sway bar links and bump stop brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength lift blocks and longer U-bolts to achieve a level stance. The suspension is completed with either BDS's standard NX2 Nitro shocks, featuring vehicle-specific valving for enhanced control, or an upgrade option to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for maximum on- and off-road performance. The Glide-Ride leaf springs are built to outperform, providing both a comfortable ride and increased load capacity. This system allows for the fitment of tires up to 36 inches in diameter, significantly improving the truck's off-road prowess and aesthetic. Important fitment considerations apply to this kit. Vehicles produced before March 1, 1999, require a different box kit, and customers must verify the production date on the vehicle's door prior to ordering. Additionally, this kit will not fit dually applications. The front driveshaft may require lengthening or clearance grinding depending on the specific vehicle configuration. For trucks equipped with a carrier bearing, the 123402 drop kit is recommended.
