The hose is constructed with 6 layers of high-performance silicone, reinforced by 5 layers of polyester. An internal wire skeleton prevents collapsing under vacuum, while the high-temperature silicone insulates intake air from engine heat, contributing to denser air and more power. The connecters are made of bead-rolled 6061 aluminum for a secure, leak-free connection.

Its substantial cross-sectional area and smooth transition to the turbocharger promote a turbulent-free and efficient flow of oxygen-rich air, leading to increased performance and a more responsive throttle. Constructed with durability in mind, the JBR DISI turbo inlet hose features 6 layers of high-performance silicone and is reinforced with 5 layers of polyester, exceeding the reinforcement found in many competing products. To ensure stability under vacuum conditions, an internal wire skeleton is integrated throughout the silicone core. The high-temperature silicone material offers superior insulation against extreme engine temperatures compared to aluminum, resulting in cooler, denser intake air that is crucial for generating additional power. For secure and leak-free connections, the hose utilizes thick-walled 6061 aluminum joiners that are bead-rolled. The design also includes a brass vacuum port connection. These features, combined with the multi-layer construction and robust joiners, are intended to provide longevity and enhance the performance and aesthetic of your engine build. This kit includes the DISI turbo inlet hose, stainless steel T-bolt clamps for the intake and turbo connections, and a stainless steel clamp for the recirculation hose.
