6" Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 6" Lift Kit enhances the stance, performance, and capability of 2004-2008 Ford F-150 4WD trucks, allowing for up to 35" tires. Its high-clearance design boosts ground clearance and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for better on-road dynamics. Up front, the kit incorporates 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate. Massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles are included to correct steering geometry at the increased ride height, ensuring proper function and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) compatibility. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts are also part of the comprehensive front lift system. In the rear, the kit uses high-strength cast steel lift blocks and longer U-bolts to achieve a level stance, paired with BDS NX2 Nitro shocks or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. Important fitment notes include that stock 17" wheels will not fit, but stock 18" and 20" wheels will with stock tires. Supercrew models with a 4ft bed do not require the add-a-leaf, and all-wheel-drive models will need front driveshaft modification. This kit will not fit HD models (7-lug).
