The Ksport Procomp 6 Piston Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade engineered to significantly enhance stopping power, especially under sustained high-heat conditions. All calipers are constructed from a one-piece solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, providing lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, and feature aluminum pistons for improved heat management. This front big brake system utilizes 6-piston calipers and 304mm (12-inch) two-piece slotted rotors. The opposed piston caliper design dramatically improves pad wear and rigidity compared to OEM systems. The kit includes SC5 Street Pads, known for their optimal braking performance in street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included, offering quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by preventing line expansion under pressure. Standard kit components include two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece slotted rotors, one set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, two stainless steel brake lines, all required mounting components and hardware, and an owner's manual.
