This sophisticated bolt-on upgrade enhances brake performance, especially under sustained high-heat conditions. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, offering exceptional strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. Aluminum pistons with heavy-duty seals are incorporated for improved heat management and consistent operation. The 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections reduce rotational mass, contributing to quicker brake response. This design also allows the rotor sections to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping due to heat buildup. Standard components include SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included, preventing expansion under pressure for a firmer pedal feel and quicker response.
