6-Piston Big Brake Kit

The extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft quality billet aluminum, weighing just over 5 lbs. It features a differential bore configuration, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design greatly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Stainless-steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure, further optimizing braking force. This kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing warping or cupping of the braking surface. The unique rotor slot design helps reduce braking noise and expels gas and pad debris more efficiently. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Ksport offers both cross-drilled rotors (recommended for daily drivers for cooler operation) and slotted rotors (recommended for track use) to suit different driving needs.
