6-Piston Big Brake Kit w/ Slotted Rotors

This kit utilizes a unique Slimline Caliper design, which is based on the OEM single-side floating piston caliper thickness, ensuring compatibility where other big brake kits may not. The forged one-piece caliper is constructed from aerospace-quality aluminum for exceptional strength and even thickness, eliminating potential weak spots. Its opposed-piston design promotes consistent brake pad grip and wear. This system features lightweight two-piece rotors available in either slotted or cross-drilled designs. Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles with more track use, as they help dissipate heat, dust, and gases. Cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily drivers, as they tend to run cooler. The two-piece design, with its 6061-T6 aluminum center sections, reduces rotational mass for improved braking response and minimizes rotor warping due to heat buildup. Standard equipment includes SC5 Street Brake Pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track driving, offering reduced dust and noise. For extreme track conditions, an upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available. The kit also includes D.O.T. compliant stainless steel braided brake lines, which prevent hose expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. The kit includes everything needed for installation: calipers, two-piece rotors, brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, and all required mounting components and hardware. This big brake kit is appropriate for 17-inch wheels and above and is designed to fit most factory wheels or wheels with limited brake caliper clearance.
