Description

Each caliper is precision-machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength and corrosion resistance while minimizing weight. The calipers are equipped with aluminum pistons, which provide enhanced heat dissipation and reliable operation. This kit utilizes a floating two-piece rotor design, available in 330mm with a drilled finish, contributing to lightweight construction and effective heat management. The included SC5 Street Pads are formulated for optimal braking in street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. Further enhancing performance and driver feedback, the kit features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines. These lines resist expansion under pressure, leading to a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel than standard rubber lines. The Procomp Big Brake Kit is specifically designed for the 1998-2003 Mitsubishi Galant, providing a direct bolt-on solution for enhanced stopping power.
