6-Piston Caliper Kit

The extreme lightweight one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft quality billet and weighs just over 5lbs each. It features machined protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons for corrosion resistance and better heat management, high-temperature seals for sustained performance, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. This kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications feature a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and expels gas and pad debris efficiently. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler, while slotted rotors are recommended for track use. The Supercomp kit includes replacement calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, and all necessary hardware. Calipers are available in standard colors like Orange, Red, Yellow, and Black, with custom color options also available. The kit comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects.
