The calipers are constructed from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum for lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, featuring aluminum pistons that offer superior heat resistance. It includes forged, monoblock aluminum calipers and two-piece rotors, which are available in either cross-drilled or slotted configurations. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The kit also includes SC5 Street Brake Pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, offering quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. The Procomp system features 8-piston calipers for the front and comes with CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure a direct bolt-up to the OEM caliper bracket location. The standard kit includes two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or drilled), a set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all required mounting components and hardware.
