6-Piston Front Big Brake Kit

The calipers, available in 6 or 8-piston configurations for the front and 2 or 4-piston for the rear, are constructed from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and corrosion resistance. They feature aluminum pistons for superior heat resistance. Carbon steel caliper brackets are included for a direct bolt-up to the OEM location. The kit employs two-piece rotors, which can be ordered as slotted or cross-drilled, to provide lightweight, fade-free performance and effective grip for both track and street driving. Included with the kit are Ksport's SC5 NAOC Ceramic pads, designed for optimal braking performance in street and occasional track conditions. These pads offer a significant reduction in brake dust and noise compared to race pads, with optimal operating temperatures between 194°F - 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, eliminating hose expansion under pressure to deliver quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel than stock rubber lines. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. The manufacturer recommends cross-drilled rotors for daily driven vehicles due to cooler running temperatures, while slotted rotors are suggested for vehicles seeing more track time. Specific fitment is for the 1989-1994 Lexus LS400 UCF10 chassis, and the kit is confirmed to fit 2WD vehicles only unless otherwise stated.
