6-Piston Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Procomp 8 Piston Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated, bolt-on brake upgrade engineered to significantly enhance stopping power, particularly under sustained high-heat conditions encountered during track driving or aggressive street use. Constructed with performance and durability in mind, the calipers are machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, offering both lightweight properties and exceptional strength while resisting corrosion. Inside, aluminum pistons are utilized for their superior heat resistance and consistent operation. The kit features two-piece, 356mm slotted rotors designed for optimal heat dissipation and grip, paired with SC5 Street brake pads that provide excellent performance across a range of temperatures (194°F - 1022°F) with reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. Complementing the system are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent line expansion under pressure, leading to a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Included in the standard kit are two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece slotted rotors, one set of SC5 street brake pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting components and hardware. The caliper brackets are CNC machined from carbon steel, ensuring a direct bolt-on fit to the OEM caliper bracket location. Ksport offers a wide range of caliper color options, including standard finishes like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, as well as premium high-polish options and custom color choices. This specific kit is designed for the Mercedes Benz 190 W201 models from 1982 to 1993, specifically the 190E model.
