6-Piston Front Big Brake Kit

This sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade features larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads compared to the Procomp kit, with an increased number of pistons for enhanced braking force. The extreme lightweight one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet, weighing just over 5 lbs. It includes protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design significantly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems. Stainless-steel brake lines are utilized to prevent expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent braking performance. Ksport employs a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to prevent warping from extreme heat. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler, while slotted rotors are ideal for track use.
