The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit offers a sophisticated bolt-on upgrade for your Subaru Forester (2008-2012), engineered to significantly enhance braking performance, particularly under demanding, high-heat scenarios. The kit features lightweight, one-piece forged aluminum calipers with a differential bore configuration and aluminum pistons, ensuring superior heat resistance and consistent operation. This specific kit includes 380mm, cross-drilled rotors, which are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler than slotted rotors. For those who frequent track use, slotted rotors are also available. The kit also incorporates D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which minimize expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Included in the standard kit are two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or drilled), a set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting components and hardware.
