6-Piston Front Big Brake Kit

This kit is designed for the BMW E36 and Z3 models, featuring a 330mm (13-inch) rotor size with a 32mm thickness and an 8-piston caliper configuration for superior braking performance. The calipers are constructed from a lightweight, one-piece forged billet of aerospace-grade aluminum, eliminating weak spots common in cast or welded designs. This robust construction ensures unparalleled strength and longevity. The aluminum pistons offer better heat resistance and uncompromised operation, while high-temperature seals and titanium retainer clips further enhance durability. The 6061-T6 aluminum center sections reduce rotational mass for improved responsiveness and act as heat sinks to dissipate thermal energy efficiently. This design also minimizes rotor warping due to heat buildup, extending service life. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, which offer reduced dust and noise compared to race pads, with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads for extreme track conditions. Included in the standard kit are replacement calipers, rotors, pads, stainless-steel braided brake lines (D.O.T. compliant), and related hardware. CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets ensure a direct bolt-up to OEM locations. The kit is made to order and non-refundable.
