Overview

The AJP Distributors 6 Point Roll Cage is a full bolt-in roll cage designed to prevent the roof from crushing in the event of a rollover. This cage is constructed from lightweight cromoly steel with 40mm OD tubing and 2.5mm thickness. It is fully mandrel bent to clear the dashboard and includes all necessary hardware and mounting plates.

The AJP Distributors 6 Point Roll Cage is a real, full bolt-in safety investment for your 1999-2005 Volkswagen MK4 Golf GTI, designed to significantly enhance chassis rigidity and provide critical protection in a rollover scenario. Unlike basic style bars, this cage is engineered from lightweight yet robust cromoly steel, featuring 40mm OD tubing with a 2.5mm wall thickness. Its construction is fully mandrel bent to ensure clearance with the dashboard, eliminating the need for cutting. It is fully functional in the event of a rollover. Compatibility includes both Right-Hand Drive (RHD) and Left-Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles, though it may not be compatible with seat belt harness bars. Installation of this roll cage requires drilling to mount the included plates. While all necessary hardware and mounting plates are provided, an installation guide is not included, and professional installation is recommended. Potential fitment interferences with the sunroof, visors, and glove box may occur depending on the specific car model. Note that this is an oversized package and shipping is restricted to the US.
