The TS Performance 6 Position Chip is designed to optimize engine tuning for 7.3L Ford Powerstroke vehicles, specifically the 2002-2003 manual transmission models. This chip provides in-cab adjustability, allowing drivers to switch between six pre-programmed settings on the fly using a dash-mounted knob. Available programs include No Start, Anti Theft, Stock, High Idle, Valet, and horsepower gains ranging from 50 HP up to 140+ HP, all measured at the rear wheels (RWHP). Installation involves accessing and preparing the factory computer's terminals, requiring careful cleaning with a supplied Scotch Brite pad and lacquer thinner to ensure proper connection. It is important to note that the factory speed limiter has been raised, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their tires have an appropriate speed rating. This chip is not available to ship to California.
