The Zumbrota Drivetrain RMT82F-6 is a remanufactured 6-speed manual transmission specifically engineered to restore OEM performance and reliability for your vehicle. This transmission is built to exacting quality standards through a rigorous 3-step inspection process. The remanufacturing process begins with a pre-inspection to identify and eliminate any case cracks, excessive wear, or OEM-specific problems. Component parts are then meticulously measured to ensure they meet OEM specifications. Finally, each unit undergoes extensive testing, including checks for shaft straightness, gear wear, and synchronizer function, to guarantee it meets Zumbrota's strict quality standards. The transmission is also dyno-tested to verify operation, shiftability, and noise levels. Constructed with an all-aluminum casing, the bell housing is part of the front case, and it utilizes a 3-bolt yoke. The technical specifications include tag numbers FR337003BB, FR337003BC, FR337003BD, FR3R-7003-BB, and Hollander number 400-05203. This remanufactured transmission is compatible with 2015-2017 Ford Mustang models featuring the 3.7L engine. It comes with a 2-year limited warranty for added peace of mind.
