The PRL Motorsports Shifter Cable Bushing Upgrade Kit is engineered to provide a significant improvement in shifter feel and durability for compatible Honda and Acura vehicles equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission (6MT). By replacing the factory rubber bushings with more robust components, this kit aims to minimize shifter slop, reduce cable binding, and offer a more direct and precise connection between the shifter and the transmission. This upgrade is compatible with a wide range of Honda and Acura models, including most 2007+ Honda/Acura vehicles, all 2007-2011 Honda Civic 6MT, all 2008-2012 Honda Accord 6MT, and all 2009-2014 Honda Fit 6MT. It also fits all 2016-2021 Honda Civic 6MT, all 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R FK8, and all 2022+ Honda Civic 6MT models. Additionally, it is designed for 2023-2025 Acura Integra 6MT (FWD) and 2008-2023 Honda Accord 6MT. The kit is exclusively designed for 6MT transmissions. Installation is generally straightforward, with some users reporting completion in about an hour.
