The PPG 6-Speed Sequential Gear Set Assembly is engineered for demanding conditions, making it ideal for motorsport, enthusiasts, and professionals. This preassembled gearbox offers significant convenience, allowing for quicker installation by simply bolting on the transfer case, connecting the shifter, and filling with oil. Key features include a robust billet case with integrated heat sink functionality, enhancing cooling efficiency and providing unparalleled strength and rigidity. The enhanced bearing design surpasses OEM standards, ensuring durability under rigorous racing conditions. The improved shifter design offers a more tactile experience with shorter, sharper, and smoother shifts, providing greater control and responsiveness. Further enhancing performance and reliability, the gearbox incorporates an electronic lockout solenoid that prevents accidental neutral selection during aggressive downshifting. A dual pickup oil pump optimizes lubricant flow, and a dual-channel gear position sensor provides redundancy and accuracy. Optional sensors for speed, oil temperature, and oil condition are also available to customize the racing experience.
