The Sadev ST82-14 is the bestseller in the transverse range, engineered with the latest technology for turbocharged engines such as 1.6L turbo. This gearbox combines an optimized architecture with a compact footprint and low weight, incorporating innovations like paddle-shift capability. Constructed from high-strength carburizing steel with optimized gear profiles and shot-peened internal parts, the ST82-14 features straight-cut gears and dog ring engagement for durability and performance. It includes a specific input shaft and a central 3-disc limited-slip differential with a ramp and plate system, offering a wide range of available final drives and interchangeable gear ratios. This gearbox offers manual sequential gear selection, with a semi-automatic option available. It also features contactless gear position and flat shift sensors, a splash lubrication system, an integrated oil pump (optional), oil suction screen, and magnetic drain plugs. The painted AS7G aluminum casings are sealed with O-rings. Applications for the ST82-14 include Circuit, Hill Climb, Rally, and Rallycross. It is designed to handle an engine torque of 450 N.m. Available accessories include a gear display, driven tripod flange, mounting plate, gearlever, hydraulic paddle-shift, and drive shafts.
