The CVF Performance Intercooler is a high-performance cooling solution designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the Ford Maverick (2022-2025 2.0L), Ford Escape (2020-2025 2.0L), and Lincoln Corsair (2020-2025 2.0L/2.3L). Engineered with a massive 240% increase in size over the stock intercooler, this unit boasts a 6 x 6 x 24-inch core. It utilizes CVF’s proprietary TIG-welded bar-and-plate construction, optimized exclusively for these vehicles to maximize airflow and cooling efficiency. This upgrade is capable of supporting builds up to 550 horsepower and significantly reduces heat soak, improving turbo efficiency and consistency. Real-world testing has demonstrated a reduction of over 30°F in intake air temperatures (IAT2) under comparable driving conditions, maintaining lower temperatures during repeated performance runs. The intercooler is constructed from high-grade aluminum with cast end tanks featuring the CVF logo. It includes additional mounting hardware for vehicles not equipped with factory tow hooks, though plastic shroud trimming may be required for installation.
