These axles offer enhanced strength, making them suitable for vehicles with larger tires and increased power output. The axles feature a double-offset inboard CV joint with 1-inch balls and 300M internal components. The outboard CVs incorporate RCV Dana 60 architecture with a combination of 4340 and 300M components for maximum strength. The center bar is a 35-spline 300M design, recognized as the strongest in the industry. RCV's proprietary moly lubricant is used in the CVs to manage heat buildup in extreme conditions. A black oxide coating is standard for durability. This axle set is a direct factory replacement, with long-travel suspension options also available.
