This Pypes Performance Exhaust SGF941VE is a crossmember-back exhaust system with an H-pipe. It is designed for 1975-1981 F-Body GM vehicles. The exhaust system is fabricated from 16 gauge, mandrel-bent stainless steel pipe, which Pypes claims ensures maximum exhaust gas flow for increased horsepower and improved gas mileage. The stainless construction of the pipes and mufflers is designed to resist corrosion and extend the life of the system. It includes an H-pipe design, dual exit tailpipes, 409 stainless steel construction, 2.5-inch mandrel-bent pipe, and Violator mufflers. Catalytic converters are also included, which are EPA compliant, made from 304-grade stainless steel with a ceramic substrate, and feature a 2.5-inch slip fit design with an overall length of 11 inches and a 4-inch overall diameter.
