The Exergy E02-10508 fuel injector set is engineered for 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax LML engines in Silverado and Sierra HD trucks, offering a 60% increase in fuel flow over stock. The injectors are built with OE-level insight, featuring enlarged nozzles processed via abrasive flow honing. They are hydraulically flow matched to within 1% and undergo rigorous quality control. Exergy utilizes specialized in-house equipment and Bosch common rail technology for testing from idle to full power, ensuring precise injection timing, shot-to-shot consistency, and balanced fueling across all cylinders for optimal engine longevity. Each set is tested at multiple calibration points and balanced to within +/- 1%, with a detailed calibration sheet provided. Tuning will be required for acceptable Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) and optimal drivability. Injector seal kits, including copper gaskets and O-rings, are included. Full injector mapping is available for custom tuning with ECUs or EFI Live. These injectors are intended for high horsepower applications and are not recommended for stock power levels.
