The BBR Motorsports 650-HXR-5005 heavy-duty fork springs are custom developed to provide an ultimate upgrade for mini four-stroke motorcycles. Constructed from aircraft-quality spring steel, these springs are preset and stress-relieved to ensure long-term reliability. They offer a significant improvement with a 60% stiffer spring rate compared to stock, which helps maintain proper function. A key design feature is that they are stock length, preventing the issue of bent fork legs sometimes caused by aftermarket springs that increase fork length. These BBR fork springs are engineered for use in stock XR/CRF50, stock DRZ70 forks, and the Z50R (1992-1999) models. The design ensures they will not change the stock fork height, maintaining the bike's original geometry. For those seeking longer forks, BBR offers the SP-5 fork kit as an alternative. Fitment is confirmed for 2004-Present Honda CRF50, 2000-Present Honda XR50, and 2008-Present Suzuki DRZ70 models.
