The Dynatrac Pro Rock Series 60 Front Axle Assemblies with Detroit Locker are designed for enhanced drivetrain durability, particularly for Jeep Wrangler TJ owners who have upgraded to larger tires (up to 40 inches). These axles are 3 inches wider than stock. They feature a Dynatrac-exclusive patented nodular-iron, high-pinion ProRock 60 center section, offering best-in-class ground clearance, exceeding that of a factory Dana 44. The housing is constructed with 3.12 x .50-inch-thick wall tubing, making it over three times stronger than any stock JK Dana 44 housing. It includes Dynatrac U.S.-made forged, double heat-treated 1480 35-spline, 1-ton axleshaft assemblies with inner and outer 4340 shafts and 1480 U-joints, and comes with pre-installed Dynatrac HD BallJoints.
