The Dynatrac Hard Core ProRock 60/60 Axle Set is an upgrade solution for Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2018) owners, engineered to provide robust drivetrain durability for vehicles running large tires, up to 40 inches in diameter, and tackling challenging off-road conditions. This comprehensive axle set includes both front and rear axles, significantly enhancing performance and strength over factory components.

The ProRock 60 Front Axle features a patented nodular-iron, high-pinion ProRock 60 centersection, offering best-in-class ground clearance superior to a factory Dana 44. Its construction includes 3.12 x .50-inch-thick wall tubing, which is over three times stronger than any stock JK Dana 44 housing. It's equipped with U.S.-made forged, double heat-treated 1480 35-spline, 1-ton axleshaft assemblies, complete with latest inner and outer 4340 shafts and 1480 U-joints. Dynatrac HD BallJoints are pre-installed, offering long-term reliability. The Pro 60 HD wheel ends with Stub Hub, fixed-spindle, and serviceable wheel bearings provide a significant improvement over factory unitized wheel bearing assemblies. This axle also integrates a high-capacity 13.25-inch brake upgrade with new dual-piston front calipers and vented rotors, an integrated track bar and ram-assist steering mounting package, new HD tie rod, a 4140 heat-treated steering arm, a DHD drag-link sleeve, control arm bushings, and CNC laser-cut HD suspension brackets. Warn premium locking hubs are included.

The Pro 60 Full-Float Rear Axle is built with a nodular-iron, standard-cut, high-rigidity housing that promotes ring-and-pinion gear durability for demanding JK builds. It utilizes 3.5 x .50-inch-thick wall tubing, making it 3.5 times stronger than any stock JK Dana 44 rear housing. It features Dynatrac full-floating wheel ends with 1-ton heat-treated fixed spindles, 1-ton wheel bearings, and exclusive 10-bolt flanged floater wheel hubs. Equipped with U.S.-made forged, heat-treated, 35-spline, full-floating 4140 alloy-steel shafts, it also includes a 14-inch brake upgrade with single-piston calipers. A rock-proof nodular-iron Dynatrac diff cover is included, and all HD suspension brackets are professionally welded and installed.

Both front and rear axles are 68.5 inches wide and feature an 8 on 6.5 wheel bolt pattern. Customers can select from available selectable lockers (ARB Air Locker or Eaton ELocker4) and gear sets (4.88, 5.13, or 5.38).
