6000 Series Competition Exhaust Valve

The Ferrea 6000 Series Competition Exhaust Valves are engineered for demanding racing environments, providing excellent reliability under high spring pressures and with roller cams at a budget-friendly price point. These valves boast superior fatigue resistance and tensile strength compared to competitor products, making them suitable for Drag and Oval Track racing applications. Constructed from Ferrea's exclusive EV8 stainless steel through a two-step slow forging process, these exhaust valves are treated with a special heat-treatment and stress-relieving process. They feature hard chrome stems and friction-welded hard tips for durability, complemented by a swirl-polished head for improved flow characteristics. This design aims to deliver the power required for sophisticated racing engines. These valves are available for both the traditional Domestic performance and racing engine market, as well as the Sport Compact performance and racing market. Specifically, the F6023 model is designed for the 1993-2000 Honda Prelude 2.2L DOHC VTEC 16-valve engine (H22A1-A4).
