This intake valve is specifically designed for the 2.0L DOHC V-Tec 16 Valve K20 engine. Manufactured using Ferrea's exclusive two-step slow forging process with EV8 stainless steel, these valves undergo a special heat-treatment and stress-relieving process. They feature hard chrome stems and friction-welded hard tips for durability, and a swirl-polished head finish for improved flow. The design incorporates flow improvements to meet the power demands of modern racing engines. Key specifications include a 35 mm head diameter, 5.47 mm stem diameter, 109.3 mm overall length, and a 2.5 mm tip length.
