6000 Series PTFE Fuel Line Kit

This kit utilizes Fragola 6000 series PTFE hose, reinforced with stainless steel and protected by a durable black nylon outer layer. This construction ensures ethanol safety, resistance to heat and corrosion, and prevents surface scratches. The fuel lines are built to withstand demanding conditions, rated for a working pressure of 2,000 PSI and a burst pressure of 8,000 PSI. This kit is pre-assembled to application-specific lengths, facilitating a quick and straightforward installation process for 2006-2007 Subaru WRX and STI models. The PTFE material is chosen for its ability to resist heat, corrosion, and fuel vapor permeation, effectively eliminating the fuel odors often associated with traditional rubber hoses. The kit includes seven PTFE fuel lines, various brackets, fittings, and adapters to ensure proper integration with compatible fuel systems. Installation of this fuel line kit requires additional components and is not a direct bolt-on for all applications. IAG Top Feed Fuel Rails and aftermarket TGV Housings are mandatory for installation. The COBB Flex Fuel Sensor is also sold separately and is required for the intended functionality. It is important to note that this kit will NOT fit 2008-2014 WRX models with plastic intake manifolds. Professional installation is recommended.
