600HP High-Pressure Fuel Pump

The Integrated Engineering High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) is a direct-replacement, complete pump assembly engineered for performance 2.0T FSI and 4.2L FSI engines. This upgraded unit provides 50% greater displacement than the factory pump, enabling support for nearly 600 horsepower at 7500 RPM, making it essential for Stage 2 and big turbo setups. Constructed with a proprietary tool steel alloy piston and pin for extreme resistance to wear and abrasion, the HPFP features a constant diameter piston that ensures long life and stability. The nitrided piston and cylinder surface finish maintains exact tolerances and offers significant hardness, reducing wear and maintaining performance over time. An ultralight titanium retainer is used in place of the factory steel component to minimize valve float, while retaining the OE spring to reduce cam follower wear. The unit is finished with a molybdenum disulfide impregnated seal for increased stiffness and reduced friction. Each complete pump is assembled in a clean environment within a Laminar flow hood and rigorously tested on a dedicated fuel pump dyno before shipment to ensure proper break-in and quality control. Integrated Engineering offers an 18-month limited warranty with unlimited miles for rebuild service and complete new pumps. This HPFP is compatible with belt-drive 2.0T FSI engines, including specific VW MK5, MK6 Golf R, Audi A3, A4, TT, TTS, and S3 models, as well as Mazdaspeed 3 (2007-2013) and Mazdaspeed 6 (2006-2007). For Audi 4.2L FSI engines (B7 RS4, B8 S5), two pumps are required. A matching ECU tune calibrated for a 9.8MM HPFP piston is necessary to utilize the full capabilities of this pump.
