600hp Piston Pump

This pump offers a 50% increase in displacement over the stock unit, enabling support for up to 600hp at 7500rpm, making it a necessity for Stage 2 and big turbo setups. It features a constant diameter piston with a nitrided surface finish for precise tolerances, extreme resistance to wear, and long life. The ultralight titanium retainer replaces the factory steel spring retainer, reducing the chance of valve float, while maintaining the OE spring to minimize cam follower wear. A custom, molybdenum disulfide impregnated, spring-energized seal ensures leak-free operation. Each complete pump assembly is built using new OEM pumps and is tested on a dedicated fuel pump dyno before shipment to verify performance and break in components. The product is proudly manufactured in the USA. Installation requires an extremely clean environment due to the high tolerances of the pump internals. A matching ECU tune is mandatory to utilize the IE HPFP's capabilities, and it is calibrated for tunes utilizing a 9.8MM diameter HPFP piston. This high-pressure fuel pump is compatible with belt-drive 2.0T FSI engines, including specific VW MK5/MK6 and Audi A4/TT/TTS/A3/S3 models, as well as Mazdaspeed 3 and 6. For Audi 4.2L FSI engines found in the B7 RS4 and B8 S5, two pumps are required.
