Overview

This kit replaces the soft OEM rubber bushings with 6061 aluminum bushings featuring a black anodized and laser-etched finish. It also includes a chrome-plated steel spherical bearing for a crisp, precise feel.

A crucial component is the chrome-plated steel spherical bearing, which provides a crisp, precise shifting feel without the excessive effort sometimes associated with solid metal bushings. The kit includes solid rod ends, permanently lubricated cores, and aluminum end links for the shifter cables, contributing to a firmer, tighter feel and greater driver feedback. The shifter plate, CNC machined from an aluminum billet, ensures a direct fit without fabrication and includes a rubber seal to prevent cabin contamination. The cables themselves are designed to withstand heat up to 225°F and have a maximum bend radius of 5 inches, facilitating installation. This kit is compatible with 1988-2000 Honda Civic and Del Sol models, as well as 1989-2001 Acura Integra models, provided two small M8 holes are drilled for mounting.
