It is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum billet, providing exceptional strength and durability while being only 9 lbs heavier than the OEM cast housing. This bellhousing is built for performance, proven in a 6-second, 2000hp B-Series Outlaw drag car. It is designed to work with multi-plate twin or triple disc 7.25” clutches and a hydraulic release bearing. Features include a modified countershaft bearing retention plate to clear larger aftermarket countershaft teeth, a built-in axle seal stop for precise installation depth, and retained OEM oil control features. It is compatible with all currently known aftermarket gearsets, transfer drive gears, and differentials. Installation requires assembly and shimming to OEM specifications, and it is highly recommended to have the process performed by a reputable transmission rebuilding specialist. Use of a stock clutch fork and release bearing may require minor clearancing on housings manufactured before 2022; housings manufactured in 2022 and later clear OEM clutch forks. Applications include a wide range of B-Series powered AWD swapped vehicles such as the 1990-2001 Acura Integra (all trims), 1999-2000 Honda Civic Si, 1997-2000 Honda Civic Type R, and 1996-2001 Honda CR-V, among others.
