The Hybrid Racing K-Series Fuel Rail is engineered to provide a steady fuel supply and enhance the aesthetic of your engine bay for 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si and 2004-2008 Acura TSX models. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum, it undergoes a hard-anodizing process in Dust Black or Dust Red finishes, offering robust protection against ethanol blends, heat, and common under-hood chemicals. A laser-etched Hybrid Racing logo adds a touch of racing authenticity. This fuel rail is designed to support serious flow with its full-bore passage and -8 ORB ports, accommodating either -6AN or -8AN fuel lines. This setup eliminates the restrictions of the factory rail and prepares your build for future upgrades like turbocharging, supercharging, or high-horsepower naturally aspirated configurations. Its E85-ready construction, coupled with Viton O-rings, ensures compatibility with modern corrosive fuels, allowing for blend changes without part replacement. Installation is simplified with an integrated 1/8" NPT port, allowing for direct mounting of a fuel pressure gauge without the need for additional adapters or space concerns. The wire-tuck friendly layout enables a center feed by plugging the side ports and routing the hose to the middle -8 ORB port, positioned between cylinders 2 and 3. This design contributes to a cleaner, less cluttered engine bay, highlighting the K-series engine. Designed to fit directly onto OEM mounting bosses for the K20Z3 Civic Si and K24A2 TSX manifolds, this fuel rail requires no spacers or grinding. It is compatible with your preferred injectors and line kit. The installation is considered intermediate DIY, estimated at approximately 30 minutes, and includes stainless steel bolts and Viton O-rings. No cutting or ECU retune is required for installation. Note that a Fuel Pressure Gauge is not included and must be purchased separately.
