6061-T6 Aluminum Intake Manifold

The JDY Performance Billet Intake Manifold is engineered as a premium upgrade for EA888 Gen 3 and Gen 4 engines, specifically designed for high-boost and big-turbo configurations. It replaces the factory plastic intake manifold, which can be a limitation and is prone to cracking under elevated boost pressures. This billet aluminum manifold is constructed from a solid block of 6061-T6 material using full 5-axis CNC machining, ensuring exceptional strength and long-term durability for high-performance builds. The manifold features advanced airflow dynamics, including Venturi-optimized runners with integrated velocity stack inlets to promote smooth, laminar airflow and improve cylinder filling efficiency. The internal machining follows the natural direction of airflow to reduce surface friction. An included 8mm thermal isolation gasket helps reduce heat transfer from the cylinder head, contributing to lower intake air temperatures and more consistent performance. The plenum volume is increased to support improved cylinder filling and high-RPM power delivery, and the factory runner flap system is deleted to maximize airflow. Designed for tuners, the manifold includes four pre-machined 1/8" NPT ports for water-methanol injection and three 1/8" NPT vacuum ports for gauges or accessories. It also offers improved fuel rail clearance and is compatible with Port Injection (MPI) systems, providing the additional fueling capacity needed for high-horsepower applications. A high-flow AN6 billet fuel rail is included, with options for recirculating setups or direct connection to the OEM fuel line. Included hardware consists of a custom coolant hose kit, hose clamps, mounting brackets, and the thermal gasket. The manifold is compatible with Audi A3/S3 (8V/8Y) 2.0T from 2014-Present and Volkswagen Golf GTI/R (MK7, MK7.5, MK8) from 2014-Present, specifically for all EA888 Gen 3 and Gen 4 engines.
