6061T6 Billet Aluminum Fuel Rail

The Golden Eagle GFR102 fuel rail is precision CNC machined from 6061T6 billet aluminum, designed to optimize fuel delivery for D-Series Honda engines. This fuel rail features a larger 11/16 (.6875) fuel bore, which is ideal for maximizing fuel flow on street or full-race applications, especially those running alcohol-based fuels. Designed for enhanced flow capability, the GFR102 is equipped with -8AN O-ring (Boss) ports. It also includes two 1/8 NPT (pipe) ports, allowing for the installation of a fuel pressure gauge or sending unit, and comes with two 1/8 NPT plugs. The design allows for the use of the stock fuel pressure regulator, provided it has inline holes and three mounting bolts, as indicated by the manufacturer. This fuel rail comes with a stock banjo fitting adapter and plug for straightforward bolt-on installation. This fuel rail is specifically designed for Honda Civic D-Series engines, covering models from 1986 to 2000, including applications for D15, D16Y, and D16Z engine codes.
