60mm External Wastegate

The VS Racing 60mm Gen3 wastegate is a high-performance component designed to regulate exhaust gases in turbocharged systems, helping to maintain stable boost levels and protect the engine. This unit features a specialized piston design with a durable double O-ring seal and a quick-release V-band top hat for simplified maintenance and setup. The wastegate comes with 4.6 psi and 6.4 psi springs preinstalled, offering a cracking pressure of 8 psi and a full-open pressure of 10 psi. Its flexible, multi-port configuration allows for versatile installation, supporting various dome sensor and CO2 boost control setups. For spring-based pressure control, the pressure source is typically routed from the turbo to the bottom port, with one of the two available ports selected based on the installation location and the other capped. For electronic or dome pressure configurations using a solenoid, the input is teed to the bottom port, while the solenoid output is routed to one of the top ports, with unused ports remaining capped.
