The Kelderman D4RX-45-CC-13 is a 4-Link Rear Air Suspension system for 2008+ Ram 4500 and 5500 trucks, replacing factory leaf springs with four industrial-strength air bags for a smoother ride and increased carrying capacity. It can be upgraded with a self-leveling air control system and is recommended for service trucks, ambulances, and tow trucks.
